About the Chatham Health Alliance

The Alliance is a collaborative of Chatham County agencies and community members working together to improve health and wellbeing in Chatham County. Our work takes place in our health priority subcommittees which are identified in the Community Assessment

To bring organizations and residents together to work on issues affecting health in Chatham County, with a focus on the health priorities identified in the Community Health Assessment.

Our vision is an active, thriving community for all-a Chatham where residents of all races, religions, ethnicity, sexual orientations, and/or gender identities achieve optimal health.

The Chatham Health Alliance is made up of subcommittees who focus on collective action work of the Health Priorities of Chatham County. Learn more about the work, members, and meetings of each of the Subcommittees by going to the subcommittee page.

The Chatham Health Alliance houses multiple collective action programs. These are programs which were born our of the Subcommittees and are implemented and sustained by Alliance staff.
