About the Chatham Health Alliance
The Alliance is a collaborative of Chatham County agencies and community members working together to improve health and wellbeing in Chatham County. Our work takes place in our health priority subcommittees which are identified in the Community Assessment.
Mission
To bring organizations and residents together to work on issues affecting health in Chatham County, with a focus on the health priorities identified in the Community Health Assessment.
Vision
Our vision is an active, thriving community for all-a Chatham where residents of all races, religions, ethnicity, sexual orientations, and/or gender identities achieve optimal health.

Subcommittees

Programs
The Chatham Health Alliance houses multiple collective action programs. These are programs which were born our of the Subcommittees and are implemented and sustained by Alliance staff.
