The 2019 Community Community Survey was distributed in the late spring and summer of 2019. A total of 223 surveys were collected. Survey topics include: Emergency Preparedness (including Hurricanes Florence and Michael), Physical Health, Mental Health, Healthcare Access, Health Behaviors, Housing, Water, Economics, Community Engagement, Social Support, and Community Development. The 2018 Community Community Survey was the first Chatham Community Cohort survey. The results were used throughout the 2018 Chatham County Community Assessment, which can be found here.
