Moving Toward a 'No Wrong Door' Approach
A Network Analysis Approach
The Chatham Health Alliance (Alliance) has a long-term goal of ensuring that there is "no wrong door" for residents attempting to access medical, mental health, and social services in Chatham County. In support of this goal, the Alliance worked with an intern from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health's Health Policy program to conduct an analysis to understand the connections between organizations in the county.
Through this analysis, the Alliance seeks to identify potential service gaps and service redundancies, as well as opportunities for the Alliance to support improved connection and collaboration between organizations.
The Alliance will use the results of this analysis to inform future research and activities to support Chatham County organizations and the development of a robust network of services for Chatham County residents. Download a short presentation on the analysis.
